The View from the Crow's Nest
By Ryan Fritch, Principal

PCCHS has been a busy place the past few weeks:  Homework, tests, quizzes, clubs have been formed, class officers elected, baseball and cross country teams have been competing, and drama auditions have been held. Congrats to all of the new class officers. The baseball team is off to a great start. The cross country team members have performed well and several runners have medaled at the races we have competed at.

If you have been by the school you may have noticed the banner outside in the front lawn. We are participating in a bottle cap drive with Marion Pepsi. We are collecting the “Yellow Pigskin Caps” that are found on a variety of Pepsi products. Marion Pepsi is offering up to $60,000 in cash and prizes to participating schools. The school that collects the most caps is guaranteed a first place prize of $10,000. We are hoping that you will help us in this project. You may drop off caps at either the grade school or high school office, or send them to school with a child that attends here. We appreciate all the support that you provide the students of PCCUSD #1.

Until next time….GO PIRATES!!
